You can start with the files currently available, such as Gerber files, a BOM, placement data, assembly drawings, samples, or basic project requirements. If some documents are not ready, let us know your product application, expected quantity, testing needs, and delivery plan. Our team can review the available information and advise what else may be needed for an accurate quotation.
Yes. Depending on your project, we can coordinate PCB fabrication, component sourcing, SMT and THT assembly, inspection, testing, firmware flashing, box build, packing, and delivery. You may choose the complete turnkey service or only the production stages you need. Our team will confirm the scope, responsibilities, and required files before the project begins.
Inspection and testing are arranged around the product design and agreed quality requirements. Available options may include incoming inspection, SPI, AOI, X-ray inspection, ICT, functional testing, firmware verification, aging tests, and final inspection. If you already have a test procedure or fixture, you can send it for review. If not, our team can discuss a practical testing approach based on the product and application.
Yes. If a specified component is unavailable, obsolete, or subject to a long lead time, our sourcing and engineering teams can review possible alternatives. Any replacement involving specifications, package, performance, lifecycle, or firmware compatibility will be submitted for your approval before purchasing or production. We will not make unapproved substitutions.
Yes. We can support prototype builds, engineering samples, pilot runs, and repeat production. When a project moves toward higher volumes, the BOM, production files, assembly process, test method, and quality requirements can be reviewed again to improve repeatability and reduce avoidable production risks.
