Multi-Connector Interface PCB Assembly

Overview

A customer required an FR4 interface board with multiple connectors and control components. The assembled PCB needed consistent soldering and a clean final appearance for later product integration.

Manufacturing Challenge

The main challenge was maintaining consistency across every connection point. Connector orientation, mounting height, solder fill, component polarity, and board cleanliness could all affect final assembly.

Manufacturing Approach

Before production, we reviewed the BOM, placement data, package information, and polarity markings. Smaller components were assembled through SMT, followed by larger connectors and through-hole parts.

Final inspection focused on connector position, solder-joint condition, component direction, and overall board cleanliness.

Result

The completed interface PCB assemblies were delivered ready for integration into control, signal, and interface-related electronic products.
