Getting Started

What information can I send to start a project review?

You can send the files and information currently available, such as Gerber files, a BOM, drawings, pick-and-place data, test requirements, samples, photos, quantities, or a project description. The exact information depends on your current development stage.

Yes. You do not need to prepare a complete production package before contacting us. Our team can review what is currently available and help confirm what may still be needed for quotation, engineering, or production.

We review the project scope, available files, quantity, materials, sourcing needs, testing requirements, and target schedule. If anything requires clarification, we will discuss it with you before preparing the quotation or confirming the next step.

PCB Fabrication

What is normally reviewed before PCB fabrication?

We review the Gerber and drill data together with the layer count, finished thickness, copper weight, board dimensions, surface finish, stack-up, impedance requirements, quantity, and other specified manufacturing details.

Yes. Material and board construction are confirmed according to the design and application requirements. Options may include FR-4, High-Tg, Rogers, PTFE, metal-core, Nelco, RCC, halogen-free, and hybrid-material constructions.

Yes. Before a repeat or batch order begins, we reconfirm the applicable file revision, material, stack-up, surface finish, quantity, and any engineering changes to reduce the risk of using outdated information.

Component Sourcing

How do you manage component sourcing risks?

Availability, lead times, supplier channels, lifecycle status, and potential BOM risks are reviewed before purchasing. If an issue may affect cost, schedule, or production, we will discuss it with you before moving forward.

We can review other suitable supply channels or evaluate possible alternatives. Any replacement involving specifications, package, performance, or compatibility is submitted for your approval before purchasing or production.

Incoming components are checked against the approved BOM. Depending on the project, checks may include part numbers, quantities, packaging, labels, visible condition, polarity, and moisture-sensitive packaging status.

PCB Assembly

Can you support SMT, THT, and mixed assembly?

Yes. The assembly process can combine surface-mount and through-hole components according to the board design, component types, soldering requirements, and production quantity.

These packages can be reviewed according to pad design, component spacing, stencil requirements, placement accuracy, reflow conditions, and inspection access. SPI, AOI, and X-ray may be arranged where appropriate.

We review the affected component, footprint, polarity, soldering condition, process records, and production files before continuing. Any change that requires your approval is discussed with you first.

Testing & Quality

Which inspection and testing methods are available?

The test plan depends on the board design, component packages, product function, test access, and quality requirements. It may include SPI, AOI, X-ray, ICT, functional testing, programming, and final inspection.

Yes. Testing can follow your procedures, firmware, fixtures, reference samples, test limits, and pass/fail criteria. We confirm the supported test scope before production.

Depending on the agreed requirements, records may include incoming inspection results, AOI data, X-ray images, ICT or functional test results, final inspection records, and batch traceability information.

Box Build & Turnkey

What can be included in box build assembly?

Box build may include PCB installation, enclosures, mechanical parts, cables, wire harnesses, connectors, displays, firmware, labels, final testing, accessories, and packaging. The exact scope is confirmed for each product.

Depending on the project, turnkey support can connect engineering review, PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly, testing, box build, packing, and delivery preparation under one coordinated workflow.

Yes. You can use an individual service, combine several stages, or ask our team to coordinate the complete workflow. The responsibilities and service scope are confirmed before the project begins.

Production & Industry Requirements

Can you support prototypes, pilot runs, and batch production?

Yes. Early builds can be used to confirm files, materials, assembly methods, programming, testing, and quality requirements before the project moves into repeat or batch production.

Before each repeat batch, we review the approved BOM, file revisions, component changes, assembly instructions, firmware, test methods, and inspection requirements. Changes requiring approval are discussed with you before release.

Yes. Share the applicable specifications, production controls, testing methods, documentation, traceability, and acceptance requirements. We will review feasibility and confirm the supported scope before quotation or production.
