We follow a controlled PCB fabrication process from material preparation to electrical and visual inspection, helping ensure board consistency before PCBA assembly.
Before PCB assembly, we check bare boards through electrical and appearance inspection to reduce open circuits, short circuits, surface defects, and assembly-related risks.
Send your Gerber files, drawings, stack-up requirements, or available project information. Our team will review the requirements before PCB fabrication and assembly.
Share your available files, quantities, testing needs, and delivery requirements for engineering review.
You can start with your Gerber files and required quantity. If available, also include the drill files, board dimensions, layer count, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish, stack-up, and any special manufacturing requirements. If some details are not yet confirmed, send what you currently have and our team will identify the information needed before quotation or production.
Yes. You can provide a confirmed material and stack-up, or share the product application, layer count, finished thickness, copper weight, and other available requirements for review. For Rogers, PTFE, Nelco, or other specified materials, please include the preferred material grade when available. We will confirm material availability and manufacturing feasibility before production.
Yes. We support prototype PCB fabrication, small-batch production, and batch production for subsequent PCBA assembly. Before a repeat or batch order begins, the applicable file revision, material, stack-up, surface finish, quantity, and any engineering changes are reconfirmed to avoid producing from outdated or inconsistent information.
Finished PCBs are checked according to the confirmed board requirements before delivery or PCBA assembly. Electrical or flying-probe testing is used to identify open and short circuits, while visual inspection checks the solder mask, silkscreen, surface finish, visible defects, and overall board appearance. Any additional inspection or documentation requirements should be confirmed before production.
