Wireless Access Control PCB Assembly

Wireless access control PCB assembly with SMT, mixed assembly, AOI, connector inspection, and production-ready delivery.

Overview

This project involved a wireless access control board containing connectors, display-related parts, terminal blocks, and control components.

Manufacturing Challenge

Component direction and mechanical consistency were important because connector placement, display alignment, and terminal position could affect enclosure assembly and final product integration.

Manufacturing Approach

We reviewed the assembly files and confirmed component orientation before production. Small components were assembled through SMT, while larger and through-hole parts were processed through mixed assembly.

AOI covered standard SMT areas, followed by visual inspection of connector seating, solder joints, component alignment, and board appearance. Production records and test notes could also be supplied where required.

Result

The completed access control PCB assemblies were delivered ready for the customer’s final product integration stage.
